Anglesey
In Anglesey It has to be Chateaux Rhinafa based on the shores of the Menai straits. The Chateaux was a true love story from the outset. Built by the late Sir John Hay Williams, Baronet of Bodelwyddan in 1869 for his Lady Sarah. Inspiration for the beautiful building where taken from their travels in the Loir valley in France and from Architectural flair from the reign of Francois I in the 16c. Location is divine and the food is fantastic. Go and see it for your self..
Gwynedd
The Restaurant at the Hotel Portmeirion, this gem of a find is based on the shores of the tidal estuary. The back ground to Portmeirion if you have yet to be acquainted with it, was the brain child of Clough Williams-Ellis who’s vision of an idea village came to life in 1926. The hotel Portmeirion has seen many public figure faces since its grand opening with various prime minister’s, tycoons and royalty visiting for a retreat. It is a fine dining restaurant with views to die for.

Conwy
Bryn Willaims, Porth Ellias, Colwyn Bay. This delightful restaurant was set up after the owner and head chef Bryn Williams a now Celebrity Chef from cooked for the Queens 80th Birthday, televised on the Great British Menu 2006. Since then its all been up up up for Bryn. Based in Porth Eirias and just a minute from the beach, its Well worth a visit. Booking in advanced is advised.
