Yoga has become an amazing feature in most of the wellness practices all across there UK. The benefits of Yoga are profound, and if used correctly and consistently, and will improve so many facets of your health such stiffness, flexibility, mental health and overall wellbeing in the body and mind. Yoga should be the backbone of your fitness regime, at least one day a week to give a little back to your body. If like myself, you can be sitting at a desk, driving or doing a lot of training its paramount that you stretch your body and make sure the energy is flowing through it correctly. Sitting is really not that good for us, movement is.
